Mechanical Peripherals for Robots and Cobots

Our line of intelligent robot peripherals by IPR includes a wide range of centric, angular and parallel robotic grippers, handling parts of various sizes up to 95kg with gripping force of up to 30kN, with numerous 2- and 3-jaw variants and the brand-new hybrid robotic gripper (electric or pneumatic).

Precision and Reliability in Every Movement

Robotic tool changers enable a fast, efficient and precise tool swap during robot operation in the field. Our line includes the TK Compact Std family, supporting a payload of 8 to 800kg, and the TK-SQ Modular Heavy Duty, with a payload between 200 and 1,250kg.

We also supply compensation modules that prevent workpiece jamming and reduce wear on the robot and tooling, providing full reliability in compensating tolerances along the X, Y and Z directions, as well as precise rotation and tilt correction. These include: FM Type Compensation Unit, with payload up to 150kg and X/Y-axis compensation of up to ±2.5mm and rotation angle up to 1°; KA Module, correcting X/Y by up to ±25mm with a maximum payload of 800kg; ZN Module, correcting the Z axis by up to 12mm with payload up to 300kg; and RT Module, correcting rotation by up to ±5° with a 300kg payload.

IPR's highly precise mechanical peripherals also include load limiters, which prevent collisions and protect the robot and tooling in the event of mechanical overload, with sensors coupled to the system.

Our peripherals are compatible with robots and cobots from the leading brands on the market: KUKA, ABB, FANUC, YASKAWA, MOTOMAN, STÄUBLI, Mitsubishi, DENSO, EPSON, KAWASAKI, NACHI and HD-Hyundai.
